Simply empty the content of the pouch into one of our clean 250ml bottles & follow the instructions as per the 250ml bottles. Or if you don't have one of our bottles simply use a jar or bottle with a lid & wide neck (so you can get the fruit in easily!) that can hold 250ml of liquid!
